Fixi Group Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZC257897.
The law that applies is the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and for anything stored on your device, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Our supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

What we collect
Three things. This website and our client portal at intake.odel-labs.com are covered here together.

What you send us
When you contact us through the portal: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your company, what you want help with, your answers to our questions, and any files you upload. We send a code to your email address to confirm it is yours. If you sign a non-disclosure agreement, we keep the name, position and company you signed with. If we invite you to a discovery questionnaire, we keep your email address, the sign-in details you choose and your answers.
The lawful basis is the steps you asked us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you properly.
If no work follows, it is deleted 6 months after the last activity. If it becomes work, the portal keeps it for 12 months, and what tax and limitation law require moves to the contract file, where it is kept for 6 years after the engagement ends.

A private page for your company
When your company asks us to, we make a private page for it on the portal. A person at your company adds the colleagues they want to take part. For each person we hold their name, email address and role on the page, and what they give us there: answers, notes, comments and a short description of their work. Nobody can open the page without a code sent to an address on its list. A guest’s access ends 24 or 48 hours after they are added.
Beside each answer we keep how long the page was open while it was on screen, and whether the answer was typed, pasted or dictated. If you use the microphone, your voice is turned into text and only the text is kept. The recording is never stored.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in hearing from the people your company asked us to consult. The page and everything on it follow the same periods as above: deleted 6 months after the last activity if no work follows, 12 months after it becomes work.

How the website is used
Which pages are read, roughly where in the world the reader is, what kind of device it is, and which site or search sent them. This is Google Analytics, it runs on this website only and never on the portal, and it runs only if you allow it. The lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any moment from the button at the foot of this page. Google keeps it for 14 months.
Claude, and what it decides
The portal asks before any model reads your answers. If you tick the box on the first screen, Claude, a model made by Anthropic, reads your answers to choose which follow-up questions to show you next, and, for an enquiry, drafts a summary that a person at odel-labs reads. If you do not tick it, no model reads your answers. The lawful basis is your consent.
Claude decides nothing about you. It chooses which question you see next and drafts a summary for a person to read. It sets no price and accepts or refuses nobody.

Strictly necessary, on this website. Two values in your browser’s local storage, not cookies and never sent to us: odel-theme, which remembers whether you chose the day or the night view, and odel-consent, which remembers your answer to the banner so you are not asked on every page. Without the second one we could not honour a refusal, which is why the law allows it without consent.
Strictly necessary, on the portal. Cookies that keep you signed in and nothing else: one while a code you asked for is waiting (15 minutes), one for an enquiry or a discovery questionnaire (30 days), and one for a private company page, which ends when you close the browser, after 30 minutes without use, or after 8 hours, whichever comes first. The portal also remembers your day or night view and whether sound is on, in local storage.
Analytics. Google Analytics sets _ga and one _ga_3T1N90S5EK cookie, both lasting up to 2 years, which tell Google whether two visits came from the same browser. Neither is set unless you accept. If you refuse, or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is never loaded at all: the refusal is not a flag we pass to Google, it is the script never running.
Advertising. None. There is no advertising on this site, no remarketing, no pixel, and nothing here is shared with an advertising network.

Vercel
Serves this website and the portal. The portal runs in London. Vercel holds the ordinary request records any web server keeps, including your IP address, for a short period.

Holds the portal’s database, in London.

Resend
Sends the portal’s emails: codes, invitations and confirmations. It sends from Ireland.

Anthropic
Runs Claude, and only if you agreed to it. It receives the answers it reads. United States.

Cloudflare
Stores the slides and videos on a private company page, plays the videos, and turns microphone speech into text without keeping the recording.

Runs our email and calendar, so a message to us and a meeting you book with us pass through it. It also runs Google Analytics on this website, only if you allowed it. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; your address is used to work out the country and then discarded. We have switched off Google Signals and ad personalisation, so this data is not used for Google’s own advertising. United States and Ireland.
Where one of them handles your data outside the United Kingdom, the transfer is made to a country the UK recognises as adequate, or under the UK Addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, which is the mechanism the ICO recognises for sending data abroad. Nobody else receives it, we do not sell it, and no automated decision here has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
What you can ask for
All of it is free, and the answer is due within 1 month.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to stop using it, or ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, as we do for analytics and for Claude, you can withdraw it and it must be as easy to withdraw as it was to give. For analytics that is the button in the cookies section above. For Claude, write to us and no model reads your answers from then on.
Send any of those to hello@odel-labs.com. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, and you do not have to come to us first.
This notice is dated 27 September 2026. If it changes materially we will change the date, and the previous wording stays in the site’s public history.
