I spent over 8 years in senior management across high-volume industries before I wrote a line of production code for anyone else. I have run the rota, chased the invoice, and watched a good idea die in a bad process.
That is the difference. I understand how a business runs before I pick up the tools to build for it. Every system, every site, every automation starts with one question: how does your team actually work? I design around the answer, not around assumptions.
