All project work, consultancy, and software deployments are governed by a separate service agreement signed before work begins. These website terms cover general use of odel-labs.com only and do not constitute a contract for services.

For client work delivered under a service agreement: deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment. FIXI Group Limited retains the right to reuse underlying architectures, frameworks, templates, and prompt engineering that are not specific to the client's business.

Some of our services involve AI-generated outputs, including Odel Chat. These outputs are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or acting upon it.

Odel Chat is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). If a chatbot is deployed on a client's website, the client is responsible for ensuring the chatbot's responses are appropriate for their industry and audience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a service engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you for that engagement.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
