Taking new work
Something is being done by hand, it takes a morning a week, and the person doing it is the only one who knows how. We write that job down before we quote it. Sometimes the finding is that nothing needs building, and that is a result rather than a lost sale.
After that it could be a site, a small piece of software with a login and a table in it, a script on a timer, or a model reading documents. The 5 shapes below are what the work takes, and most modules use 2 of them. Which shape it is gets decided after the job is written down, never before.
We run our own AI systems through every build. They draft, they check, they take the repetitive parts, and they are the reason a studio this size can put modules live at the pace it does. Nothing reaches a client unread. Every line is reviewed by somebody who is answerable for it, which is the same rule we build into the products.

The job somebody does by hand every Monday runs on a schedule instead, and says so when it cannot finish.

One company's software, with its own logins, its own permissions and its own reporting. Hosted by us on a monthly bill, or handed over as yours.
Websites
A site that loads quickly, reads properly on a phone, and can be edited without calling anyone.
Consultancy
The job gets written down before anything is built. Sometimes that is the whole engagement, and the finding is that you do not need software.

1 module at a time, in the open. A working link while it is being built, not a demo at the end.

Hosted by us on a monthly bill, or handed over as a one-off with the code, the hosting and the accounts in your name.

Monthly maintenance if you want it, or nothing. Work that needs the studio to survive is work built wrong.
