GuestIQ

A concept. The screens are drawn to show how it would work.

The host who knew her has left. Tonight she is just a name on a list.

  1. Tonight’s bookings arrive with what the house already knows about each guest.

Bookings sync from the group’s booking system to a tablet at the front desk.

  2. Open a name to see the usual table, the wine, the allergies and the dates worth marking.

One record per guest, shared by every venue in the group, so a regular at one is a regular at all of them.

  3. After service, a host types 1 ordinary sentence about how it went.

No form, no dropdowns and no tagging: the note is plain text, typed on a phone.

  4. The system turns that sentence into the record: an alert, a table, a visit.

An AI model reads the sentence and writes it into the guest’s record as fields.

  5. Consent is signed at the desk, and who a guest is stays apart from what they like.

Identity and preferences sit in separate databases, which is what lets the group keep a preference history at all.

If years of floor knowledge leaves with the person who has it, that is the module.
